PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal US public holidays).
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship physical products within the United States. International shipping may be available on a per-order basis — please contact us at info@readniva.com before placing your order to confirm availability to your country.
- Estimated Delivery Times (US Domestic): Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.
ORDER ACCURACY You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. 3/4 Recovery (ReadNiva) is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you identify an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@readniva.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
While we work with reliable carriers, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather events, or carrier disruptions are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Contact us at info@readniva.com with your order number in the subject line.
- We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
