PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal US public holidays).
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship physical products within the United States. International shipping may be available on a per-order basis — please contact us at info@readniva.com before placing your order to confirm availability to your country.
- Estimated Delivery Times (US Domestic):
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.
ORDER ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Menswear Haven LLC (ReadNiva) is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you identify an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@readniva.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
While we work with reliable carriers, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, weather events, or carrier disruptions are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

- We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
