DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described:
- Contact Us: Reach out to info@readniva.com within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
- Documentation: Include your order number and clear photographs documenting the damage or defect.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer you your choice of a free replacement shipment or a full refund to your original PayPal payment method.
- Returns: You are not required to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.
CHANGE OF MIND
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all our specialized literature. Please note that we do not accept returns for physical products that are in their original, undamaged condition (change of mind returns). All sales of undamaged physical goods are final.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel a physical order within 30 days of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@readniva.com with “Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” in the subject line.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed through PayPal to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. We do not charge any restocking or processing fees on approved refunds.
